**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, answer queries, and generate leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our technical products and services.
- Explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our offerings.
- Handle customer queries regarding product functionalities, pricing, and compatibility.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Maintain a database of prospective client information and interactions for follow-up purposes.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales closures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of leads into customers.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing and sales efforts based on customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Technical background or familiarity with technical products and services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
