**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business leads and opportunities from **Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn** platforms.
- Write effective and customized **proposals** for IT projects and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Identify and onboard **potential clients** for IT development, digital marketing, or technology-based services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **international and domestic clients**.
- Collaborate with the **technical and delivery teams** to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Conduct **market research** to identify new business trends and potential areas of growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.
**Key Skills & Requirements**
- 1-3 years of **proven experience** in IT Sales or Business Development using **Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Recruiter**.
- Strong understanding of **IT services**, software development, or digital solutions.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills in English.
- Ability to craft compelling **bids and proposals**.
- Proficient in **client communication, negotiation, and relationship management**.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
