Loader Mechanic

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Perform Routine Maintenance**: Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is in good working order. This includes lubrication, fueling, and safety checks1.
- **Diagnose and Repair Issues**: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems in loaders and other heavy equipment.
- **Conduct Inspections**: Perform detailed inspections to identify potential malfunctions or required repairs.
- **Replace Defective Parts**: Use hand tools and power tools to replace or repair defective parts.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- **Operate Equipment**: Operate heavy machinery for testing and diagnostic purposes.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work with other mechanics and operators to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- **Train Junior Mechanics**: Provide training and mentorship to junior mechanics as needed.
- **Clean Work Area**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or degree in heavy equipment mechanics or a related field is preferred2.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools2. Excellent problem-solving skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions2.
- **License**: Valid driver's license.
- **Others**: Commitment to safety. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus2.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
