**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for website and blog content.
- Optimize existing website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.
- Create and manage SEO-friendly content in collaboration with content and design teams.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies using white-hat techniques.
- Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Optimize pages for local SEO and manage listings on Google My Business and other directories.
- Knowledge about AEO
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure proper SEO implementation across all projects.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, UberSuggest or similar.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, site structure, and content optimization and backlinking.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO purposes.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred (Bonus) Skills**:

- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Experience working in a design/creative agency or similar industry.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers.
