**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to project portfolio management.
- Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or defects, and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the Oracle Fusion PPM system.
- Advise clients on best practices and industry trends in project portfolio management to optimize their business processes.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion PPM product releases, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and estimation of effort required for project implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of project portfolio management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion PPM or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
