Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our US Accounting Support team as QuickBooks Online Accounting Associates on an 8-month contractual basis. This role offers comprehensive training in QuickBooks and US accounting practices. Based on performance during the contract, a full-time position will be offered after 8 months. You will assist clients over calls, resolve accounting-related queries, and gain valuable real-world experience in US accounting.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and provide assistance to clients over calls on QuickBooks Online (QBO) after training.
- Support clients with basic accounting queries such as bank reconciliations, payroll, tax filings, and bookkeeping.
- Troubleshoot and guide clients in resolving basic technical and accounting issues.
- Assist in setting up chart of accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Educate clients on using QuickBooks effectively for their business operations.
- Stay updated with QuickBooks features and accounting best practices through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client service and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.
- Interest in learning QuickBooks and US accounting processes.
- Good communication skills to explain concepts clearly to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage client expectations.
- Willingness to work in a night shift (US shift timings).

Employment Details
- Contract Duration: 8 months
- Confirmation: Full-time employment will be offered based on performance after contract completion
