Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering online chats and making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions or alternatives, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Escalate issues following the escalations guidelines as needed

Performing any tasks as directed by his/her Supervisor.

Required Skills and Experience:
The CSA will need to speak, read, and write in perfect English.

Demonstrated skills in problem analysis, customer relations, organizational abilities, telephone etiquette, and in effective working relationships with other service/support groups

Utilizing software, knowledge base, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions

Require demonstrated aptitude for logic and screen human harmony.

Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills are a plus

Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

Projecting positive image/attitude as part of daily approach to work.

Provenn track record of successfully meeting sales quota Salary 40k to 70k in hand

Syestem will be provided by the Company

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
