**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing & Social Media**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms using Canva.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Create and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- **Administrative & HR Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage documentation for tenders and other business proposals.
- Assist with team management and coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in using Canva and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Experience in HR and administrative tasks is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and administrative roles.
- Must be located in South Mumbai and available for on-site work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
