Draughtsman

Location: Delhi, IN- Company: GMRAirport Developers Ltd**JOB PURPOSE**:

Prepare architectural / civil / construction drawings, various master plan drawings for the designed projects within the required time and of appropriate quality in order to ensure project completion on time. Also, managing documentation control, integrating land statements and coordination with surveyor for marking, extending support for land team for various FMB issues and plotting
Person has to prepare various drawings on ACAD for the projects of Architecture / Interior
pertaining to Residential and Offices projects.

**ORGANISATION CHART**:
This position reports to Manager Architect

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Will be working closely with architects in the team to prepare
detailed, accurate drawings from rough sketches.

Should demonstrate exceptional skills using computer-aided
drawing tools - ACAD, Excel and Powerpoint presentation.

**EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**:
Will communicate with vendors and contractors
for information.

**INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**:

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**:
Diploma in Architecture / interiors draughting.

5-7 years
