Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our branding agency. You will be responsible for initiating client interactions via phone calls, generating leads, promoting branding services, and supporting the sales and marketing team to expand our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the agency’s branding and marketing services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant services like logo design, brand strategy, social media marketing, etc.
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales or business development team.
- Maintain detailed call records and submit daily reports.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and feedback.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.
- Support marketing campaigns through cold calling and client outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of branding, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

**Salary**: up to 15k Benefits: Training, growth opportunities, and a creative work environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
