QA Tester

We are seeking to hire a Quality Assurance to monitor, inspect, write, execute, and propose

measures to improve and correct the quality of a company’s final product and processes to meet the company’s standards. As a quality assurance specialist, you will design and implement tests, and work on technical documents to ensure timely, relevant, and meaningful feedback. You would be required to plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing. Hence the role involves your contribution to ensure that the standards and quality of production are maintained at its best at all times.

**Job Responsibilities for Quality Assurance**

As a quality assurance specialist, you must be well-versed with the company’s standards in

order to ensure that the quality of products and services conform with the company’s

standards. The main duties and responsibilities of a quality assurance specialist are as

follows
- Ensuring and inspecting that the quality of products and services standards of the

company is maintained throughout its operations
- Help with operations and local quality functions in tracking, documenting, and

reporting quality levels as well as looking into other KPIs
- Perform regular inspections and quality tests
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and standards
- Provide creative solutions for reviewing data and solving problems identified
- Plan and execute company complaint and execution procedures to document and

help fix complaints.
- Ensure products meet customer demands and expectations
- Work closely with the development team to continuously improve the quality of

existing products and services
- Create Audit reports and make recommendations for improvement
- Create training materials and an operational guidebook

**Quality Assurance Job Qualifications**

The basic qualifications required to be considered for the position of quality assurance

specialist include:

- Either a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration,

Operations, or equivalent practical experience in the industry or both
- Master's degree in a similar discipline preferred
- Prior experience with quality assurance or any related role will be preferred
- 1 years of experience in the production industry

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
