**Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver videos for various media platforms, with the type of content consumed on each platform by users

.We are looking for a creative graphic designer who can develop compelling graphics & videos for multiple channels.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video
- Understand the best Video Editing techniques, software and solutions to create highly engaging & successful videos
- Work with the Video editors and other designers to resolve technical or design issues
- Work with a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively
- Pay attention to the detailed aspects of a video to ensure high accuracy in copy, layout, and technical execution
- Creating and producing engaging and visually appealing video content for a wide range of purposes
- Editing raw footage to create a cohesive final product that meets the desired specifications.
- Selecting and arranging footage in a way that effectively communicates the intended message
- Adjusting audio levels and mixing soundtracks to create a balanced final product
- Ensuring the final video meets technical requirements for delivery on various platforms, such as social media television, and streaming services
- Edit video clips for use on social media platforms
- Create videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and Political events

.Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Required Skills: (Must have)**
- Experience: 1-4 Yrs
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or Equivalent
- Should have hands on experience in Video Editing
- Previous work experience as a video editor
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CorelDraw, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, and Adobe Premier Pro
- Should be able to make trending content as per social media
- Ability to work on a tight schedule
- Should have a good understanding and command over various political trends and media
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Zeal to keep learning and experimenting
- Experience with a production house/advertising/ TV channel/ Media house / film-making
- Good Communication Skills

Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- **Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines**
