**Position: Content Writer**

**Base Location: Pune**

**Probation Period: 6 Months**

**Job Type: On-site, Full Time**

**Role Overview**:
Responsible for creating, translating, and optimizing content in English and Hindi for various purposes.
- Showcasing creativity and attention to detail in content production.
- Producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure consistent and effective content.

Keeping up with linguistic trends and cultural nuances for relevant content.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Content Writing, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse work in English and Hindi (Preferable).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Preferable), with the ability to write, edit, and translatecontent accurately.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and tools will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Social Media platforms, and various digital tools.
- In-depth understanding of cultural nuances and audience preferences in both Linguistic Demographics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:Developing, editing, and proofreading diverse content types based on the requirement, including Articles, Blogs, Social Media posts, Website Content, and Marketing Materials in English and Hindi.
- **Translation**:Translating content in Hindi and English, ensuring cultural relevance and contextual accuracy.
- **Content Strategy Contribution**:Contribute to development and implementation of content strategies tailored as per audiences, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to produce cohesive and impactful content.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Utilize analytics tools to track and assess content performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- **Innovation and Trend Monitoring**:Stay current with industry trends and emerging content formats to remain innovative and relevant.
