**Role Overview**:
We are looking for creative and experienced UX/UI Designers for our medical education platform, catering to both self-learners and educators. This contract position requires expertise in designing enterprise-level interfaces powered by large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will craft an engaging, intuitive interface that simplifies complex AI-powered functionalities and delivers an exceptional educational experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Web Platform Design**:

- Spearhead the design of a comprehensive web platform for medical education aimed at self-learners and educators.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs that foster engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Translate sophisticated LLM capabilities into clear, accessible, and responsive user interactions.

**Collaboration & Prototyping**:

- Create high-fidelity prototypes and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

**Design Strategy & Documentation**:

- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, guidelines, and visual language standards for the platform.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in UX/UI design, LLM enterprise design, and educational technology to continuously evolve the platform.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a robust portfolio demonstrating user-centric digital experiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in LLM enterprise design, translating advanced AI capabilities into accessible and engaging user experiences.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a strong grasp of front-end development principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible design elements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting innovative design solutions that blend functionality with aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background or strong interest in healthcare or medical education.
- Demonstrated ability to design interfaces that serve both novice users and expert educators.
- Familiarity with the challenges of integrating AI functionalities into user interfaces.
