Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Digital Marketing Expert with strong affinity and interest in fashion and beauty industry to join our tribe.

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing and digital ad strategies for our brands across various online channels

Create compelling & creative content strategies tailored specifically for the Fashion & Beauty Industry which can prompt online audience to take action and establish long lasting relationships with them

Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia designers to improve user experience and to ensure that posts are engaging.

Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness and drive online sales

Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports (keyword, image optimisation etc.

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

Monitoring users engagement and feedback on every post.

Measure ROI and KPIs

Stay up to date on the latest technology and best practices. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Explore the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

Multimedia Designer

We are looking for excellent designers with experience and/or interest in the Beauty & Fashion industry who are able to convert the creative brief into visually appealing content
- Should be able to visualize ideas for social media content, like FB/ instagram posts, ads, google ads.
- Design digital media content like, website layouts, banners, visuals
- Create highly engaging multimedia content
- Develop graphics animations, videos and integrate voice-overs.

Create and edit videos for YouTube channel and other platforms.

Should have the ability to design print media communication materials like brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, banners etc.

Modify and improvise graphics to optimize load time, structure and layout

Edit video and audio to support multimedia programs

Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results, as and when required.

Stay updated on latest industry trends on graphic design and development techniques.

The content produced should be creative and tailored for the Beauty & Fashion industry

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,139.44 per month
