**Job Title**: Back Office Executive

**Salary**: ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Location**: Mangal City Mall, McDonald's above 1st floor office no. 160, Vijay nagar, Indore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update records in the database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare, organize, and manage official documents and reports.
- Handle correspondence and filing systems.
- **Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating with other departments as required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and track inventory of office supplies.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed.
- Provide updates to the management team regarding back-office processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
