
Digital Marketing Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services.
- Oversee and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Perform SEO audits and optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Use data-driven strategies to create, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage and improve the company’s online reputation and respond to customer queries and reviews.
- Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and adapt accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
