We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our boutique team. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing unique clothing collections that align with the boutique’s style, customer preferences, and brand identity.

Job responsibility
- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and styles to create innovative and marketable designs.
- Sketch, illustrate, and develop design concepts for boutique collections (ethnic wear, western wear, fusion, bridal, or occasion wear as per boutique focus).
- Select fabrics, colors, embellishments, and trims for each design.
- Oversee pattern-making, cutting, and sample development.
- Work closely with tailors, artisans, and embroidery teams to ensure design accuracy and quality finishing.
- Conduct fittings, make necessary adjustments, and finalize designs for production.
- Maintain strong vendor/fabric supplier relations for sourcing materials.
- Stay updated with fashion forecasts and seasonal themes to bring fresh ideas to the boutique.
- Ensure timely delivery of collections to meet seasonal launches and client demands.
- Collaborate with the boutique’s marketing and sales team to present designs to clients.

Qualification
- Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a boutique or similar setup.
- Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in fashion design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop) and manual sketching.
- Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
