Job Description The Appian Architect must have at least 12+ years of experience. As the Appian Architect, you will be the key member of the Information Technology team and will be responsible for leading design, implementation, driving technology innovation initiatives and provide technical support. Banking domain experience is a must. Pega experience is highly desirable.

Researching, analyzing, designing, estimating, planning, proposing, and delivering Appian solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
Manage key stakeholders - Collaborate with Product owners on translating business requirements and operational strategy into a long-term, executable solution plan and roadmap
Work with IT Leadership to keep solutions in alignment with the existing landscape and future IT roadmap
Be able to understand Pega implementation, codebase and be able to build similar functionalities in Appian
Experience on CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment methods and Integrations with external Systems
Experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
Knowledge on Automation Testing, Appian RPA, Java, API and AI capabilities
Actively monitor new and emerging technologies, trends, practices, and solutions and assess their applicability to business initiatives and strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
