Junior Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**

1. Design and edit digital graphics, images, banner work, videos in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and 2D video skills.

2. Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

3. Assist in designing and creating storyboards.

4. Determine the message the design should portray.

5. Review and proof all content and materials upon delivery for correctness and resolve inconsistencies or deficiencies for the execution of finished products/design work.

Administer assets and creative updates to the website and all social media channels and make suggestions to improve our branding and creativity.

6. Proficiency with image manipulation, color-correcting, scanning, etc.

7. Seek out new design perspectives and bring ideas and innovation to the team.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of working within an Agile environment desired.

9. Possess a positive attitude when working with colleagues and associates. Be solutions-oriented when faced with unexpected challenges.

10. Good understanding of online advertising, web content, and social media.

**Requirements**:

2. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

3. Planning and managing all stages of the design projects

4. Knowledge of Motion graphic design techniques and the latest trends

5. Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment

6. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

8. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design

9. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

10. Portfolio of work

11. Fluent in English

Salary 20K- 30k per month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
