Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation and Vendor Management:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Initiate and cultivate innovative design concepts for residential spaces.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality materials and timely deliveries.
- Continuously evaluate and onboard new vendors to enhance project capabilities.

2. Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns promptly.

3. Design Process Management:

- Oversee the entire design process, including creating detailed plans and layouts.
- Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, and implementation phases.

4. Site Supervision and Quality Assurance:

- Coordinate with contractors, craftsmen, and vendors during the implementation phase.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure designs are executed according to plans and meet quality standards.
- Resolve any onsite challenges promptly and efficiently.

5. Client Engagement:

- Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and adapting designs to meet evolving client preferences.
- Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.

6. Problem Solving:

- Demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving design and implementation challenges.
- Ensure the final outcome aligns with both aesthetic and functional objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (1+ years)/Project Manager (3+ years) in Interior Design for residential projects.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful residential projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and materials.
