As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a motivated Telecaller to assist our web development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about telemarketing while gaining insights into the web development industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote our web development services to potential clients and gather their feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the web development team to understand services and offerings.
- Assist in creating outreach scripts and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
