**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role involves managing residential interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients and contractors, and translating client needs into elegant, functional spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional needs.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed layouts using CAD/3D software.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and color palettes aligned with clients’ style and our brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and our in-house team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate the company’s signature guarantees (pay-after-verification, final payment on satisfaction, warranty, and price beat) into project planning and client communications.
- Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas that align with our “Design for Dignity” ethos.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in residential or hospitality interior design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and passion for creating functional, beautiful spaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience with turnkey projects and working directly with clients in Bangalore is a plus.
