Job Summary:
The Lab Technician in the Calibration Lab is responsible for performing calibration and testing activities on various laboratory equipment and instruments. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Lab Technician will work closely with the calibration team to ensure accurate and reliable results.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform calibration and testing of laboratory equipment and instruments according to established procedures and standards.
2. Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely completion of calibration activities.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
4. Document calibration results, including measurements, adjustments, and any deviations from specifications.
5. Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates and equipment history.
6. Assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures and processes.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in calibration techniques and equipment.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education in a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Lab Technician, preferably in a calibration lab or similar environment.
3. Strong knowledge of calibration principles, techniques, and equipment.
4. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. Proficient in using calibration software and tools.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
8. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
