**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design documents.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Document and report defects using a standardized bug tracking system, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, potential roadblocks, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in manual software testing and quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and defect tracking systems.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
