Scientific Marketing Liaison - Molecular Laboratory

**Department**: Sales & Marketing / Scientific Affairs
**Location: Nasik / Pune**

1. **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct sales visits to healthcare professionals, researchers, and institutions to promote molecular diagnostic products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including healthcare providers, laboratory directors, and KOLs.
- Address customer inquiries with a thorough understanding of our molecular diagnostic offerings and their clinical relevance.

2. **Scientific Content Development, Manuscript Writing & Presentation**:

- Write, edit, and prepare scientific manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and clinical teams to gather data and insights for manuscript preparation.
- Ensure manuscripts adhere to publication guidelines, submission formats, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Marketing) to develop high-quality scientific materials, including slides, posters, and brochures, for use in CME events, conferences, and professional meetings.
- Present at national and international medical conferences, CMEs, and other industry events, ensuring that scientific content is clearly communicated and meets the educational needs of the audience.
- Tailor presentations to different levels of expertise, from physicians and researchers to laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest molecular diagnostics, trends in genomics, and relevant clinical studies to inform content and presentations.

**3. Marketing Support Communication**:

- Assist the marketing team by preparing clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate content for promotional materials (e.g., brochures, website content, newsletters, white papers).
- Translate complex scientific data into accessible language for a broader audience, including clinicians, patients, and the general public.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with company branding and marketing goals.

**4. Support Medical Communication**:

- Create and review medical communication materials, including regulatory documents, clinical trial reports, and scientific presentations.
- Collaborate with the medical affairs team to generate content for patient education, clinical decision support, and research dissemination.
- Create content that communicates the latest scientific and clinical developments.

**5. Molecular and Genetics Data Analysis**:

- Analyze molecular and genetic data from laboratory experiments and clinical trials, including data derived from PCR, sequencing, and other genetic assays.
- Work with bioinformatics teams to ensure data quality and relevance for clinical or research purposes.

6. **Reviewing Patient Reports**:

- Review clinical and diagnostic reports for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure reports meet regulatory requirements and provide actionable insights for patient care.
- Ensure clear communication of complex genetic information in a way that is understandable to patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
