**Position Overview**:As a Laser Cutting Machine Operator at Clean Air Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our cutting-edge laser cutting equipment. In addition to machine operation, you will bring expertise in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, ensuring that our manufacturing processes align with precise specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate laser cutting machines in accordance with job specifications.
- Create accurate engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide the laser cutting process.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser cutting equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a laser cutting machine operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating laser cutting equipment.
- Strong skills in creating and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with [specific laser cutting machine brand or software] is a plus.
