**Production Manager**
- Manage overall production processes related to D2C (online) and B2B (exporting).
- Managing in-house production team, processes and schedules.
- Managing outsourced production with vendors.
- Planning, forecasting, strategizing all production.
- Building and maintaining all budgets.
- Costing and pricing of samples.
- Coordinating and managing all vendor relations: dyers, printers, embroideres, fabric manufacturers.
- Sourcing for all sampling and production.
- Working with e-commerce manager, CRM, full production team ensuring that we are maintaining and hitting all targets and quality standards.

Experience
- Production management / merchandising in garments / e-commerce 2-5 years a must.
- Experience in exporting a plus.
- Understanding of hand made crafts, têxtiles: dyeing, printing, embroidery.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Worked in fashion previously, with a network of vendors.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Office.

NorBlack NorWhite is fashion apparel brand and creative studio focusing on handmade crafts, têxtiles and processes - working with artisans all over India. The studio is based in New Delhi, where the creative & production studio are based under one roof, along with a retail space. The brand focuses on both womenswear and menswear, with an online presence focused on D2C from its own e-commerce website and exporting overseas B2B.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
