**Responsibilities**:

- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Working with Cyber security teams and Product Owners to achieve alignment between cyber security and business change objectives.
- Integrate them Application and DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines from early stages of the development lifecycle.
- Evaluating and on-boarding security tools such as SAST, vulnerability and open source scanning into the Security DevOps life cycle for multiple tech stacks.
- Contributing features to internally developed Cyber security tools, and integrate those tools into the Security DevOps pipelines.
- Driving continuous improvement to both the Security DevOps pipelines and processes, and to the Cyber security tools, services, and processes.
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Experience coding in Python.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated project development skills.
- Experience with security testing at scale.
- Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
