Internship Overview

We are hiring **Data Analytics Interns** who are enthusiastic about analyzing marketing performance, interpreting trends, and delivering insights that support data-backed decision-making. This role involves working with digital campaign data, client reports, and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources like **Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram Insights**:

- Create custom reports and dashboards in **Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Data Studio**:

- Track and visualize campaign KPIs such as CTR, ROI, bounce rates, cost per conversion, etc.
- Assist in building weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support marketing strategies
- Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO teams to optimize campaigns using data
- Perform competitor benchmarking and data analysis for campaign planning
- Support automation of reporting tasks where possible

Skills Required
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or Power BI
- Interest in marketing data, ad metrics, and business KPIs
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis, or experience with Looker Studio
