**Position Summary**:
MarketStar is looking for a **Community Growth Program Catalyst**to support our **MarketStar Foundation educational and community growth initiatives in India**. This person will oversee and aid in the creation of MarketStar Foundation’s India programs, including the Campus to Corporate training program and local community initiatives. Develop career-focused learning opportunities for diverse communities. Assist in the coordination of global service efforts for 4,000 employees, managing philanthropic funds and partnerships with organizations in India. Support the Foundation’s leadership in expanding initiatives that promote education, self-reliance, and community growth.

**What Will You Do?**

**Oversee Day-to-Day Operations of MarketStar Foundation Education Programs in our India locations**: including the guidance of the MarketStar Sales Academy program (also known as the Campus to Corporate training program), creating partnerships with local education organizations to support the Foundation educational programs, and building new community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and Refine Program Tools: Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of enablement tools and program playbooks, ensuring a high-quality experience for both students and internal partners, while preparing the program for future growth.
- Lead Instruction and Training: Serve as the primary trainer and instructor for education cohorts, using the established curriculum to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that equip students with essential sales skills.
- Evolve the Curriculum: Collaborate to further develop, refine, and enhance education program curriculum to keep it aligned with industry trends and educational standards.
- Monitor and Report on Student Progress: Track student learning and performance, complete required reports on learning outcomes, and oversee the engagement processes to ensure measurable progress for all participants.
- Track Graduate Progression: Monitor graduates as they progress through the job interview process and compile necessary reports on program outcomes.
- Foster Education Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with educational stakeholders in India, fostering collaboration that supports the growth of Foundation education initiatives.

**Propose and Support Community-Based Learning Programs**: Guide the development of new professional educational programs in partnership with organizations that serve diverse and underrepresented populations, providing career mobility opportunities through education and training.

**Coordinate Local Service Opportunities**: Aid in the identification and coordination of localized community service opportunities for MarketStar’s India employees, including distribution of Foundation philanthropic funds, team-centric service activities, and fostering relationships with charitable organizations.

**Support Ongoing MarketStar Foundation Activities**: Assist the MarketStar Foundation Global Manager and Board in managing and expanding philanthropic initiatives that contribute to community growth by expanding educational access, empowering self-reliance, and building better communities.

**What Will You Need to Succeed?**
- A passion for continuous learning and building education programming
- At least 3+ years of related professional experience (education, training, philanthropy)
- Enthusiasm for community improvement through philanthropy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with teaching and leading students and individuals in a professional setting
- Familiarity with professional education curriculum and instructional design
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Ability to track and complete multiple projects simultaneously
