**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- New client acquisition and generating revenue from them.
- Provide direction to new customers by being responsive to their needs, inquiries and requests.
- Proactive inbound/outbound sales including empanelment of new Sub-brokers / referral partners.
- Activation of existing inactive clients and sub-brokers
- Receiving checks, check disbursements and new account processing.
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities.
- Interact with internal cross-functional partners to resolve client issues and escalations (Risk, Research, Operations and IT).
- Execute order with good speed accurately.
- Servicing the HNI, retail clients and the sub-brokers.
- Calculate the commission and entries for the clients.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum Graduates with more than 1-year experience.
- Certification of NISM compulsory.
- Demonstrated dealing and relationship management experience with a strong drive for results
- Demonstrated dedication to treating clients in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way.
- Good brokerage and industry knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Good Command over English & Hindi language, written and verbal both.

**Salary**: ₹20,154.64 - ₹35,761.05 per month
