Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding visa and immigration procedures.
- Conduct counseling sessions with clients to assess their eligibility and provide guidance on suitable visa options.
- Stay updated on immigration regulations and policies for various countries and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Keep confidential client information secure and handle all data in accordance with privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the immigration industry, preferably as a Visa Counselor/Filing Officer.
- In-depth knowledge of the filing and admission processes for major countries, including Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA, Australia, and EU.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing immigration regulations and procedures.
- A strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
