**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment orders
- Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor and meet salon financial targets, including sales, revenue, and cost control
- Recruit, train, and schedule salon employees
- Develop marketing strategies and promotions to attract new clients
- Maintain accurate records of salon expenses and income

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of beauty services, treatments, and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with salon management software (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for men and women
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hairdressing trends, techniques, and products
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon
- Promote and recommend salon products to clients
- Attend training and workshops to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist for both men and women (unisex hairdresser)
- Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Certification in hairdressing (preferred)

**Salary**: Competitive salary with incentives based on performance
