**Description**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in hospital as TPA coordinator.
- Any graduate/ Post graduate
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Helping customers choose, modify an insurance plan that fits their needs and budget.
- Daily check list of patients who have insurance, collect and update insurance information.
- Follow-up and collect medical information to contact insurance for Guarantee of Payment.
- Inform people about coverage and exclusions and do support for evacuation services.
- Collect and check invoices to ensure patient signature, charges, price, company name, etc. are correct before process claims
- Make payment request with all the completed claim set and send to companies including insurance providers and corporations.
- Receive and solve all kinds of complaints concerning insurance.
- Assist front-line team, ward in charge and all other concerned, in dealing with issues related to insurance and direct-billing services.
- Advise non-insured patients on insurance companies & hospital insurance services.
