
Back Office Executive

Job Description: Preferred Female
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the back office.
- Manage and maintain documentation, records, and files in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking office supplies.
- Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members or management.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a back office executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
