KYC Associate - Japanese

**Job Description**:
What you will do:
You will be part of the KYC team where your primary activity will be
- Reviewing new customer accounts, evaluate high-risk accounts and analyze new customer processes and policies.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC information.

This role offers good learning in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and procedures and also opportunities to develop in other areas reporting and data analysis

- Excellent spoken Japanese skills.
- Very good Japanese to English translation skills.
- Excellent English to Japanese translation skills.
- Attention to detail; Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization both in writing and orally. Challenging mindset, uses training and experience to identify the need for change/improvement and you Should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
- University degree / JLPT Certification N4, N3
