**Nursing Staff**:
- Provide patient care and support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Maintain accurate patient records
**OT Technician**:
- Assist surgeons and medical staff in the operation theatre
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and environments
- Ensure proper documentation of OT procedures
