The architectural draftsperson is responsible for producing technical drawings and plans that detail the specifications of building designs. They work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurately represented and meet all regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details based on initial concepts and specifications provided by architects.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with architects, engineers, and clients to understand design intent and requirements.
- Attend project meetings to discuss project progress and modifications.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of design revisions and modifications.
- Assist in the creation of construction documents, including specifications and schedules.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- **Site Visits**:

- Occasionally visit construction sites to verify dimensions, check progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues that arise during construction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
