Skills And You is certified by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India to train teachers, leaders and educationists on 21st-century skills.
The average experience of the trainers is 15-20 years of training in private schools and NGOs. The team has together trained approximately 1,00,000 teachers and close to 50,000 school leaders. We also have extensive experience in other educational projects such as starting a school, school transformation and curriculum development.
The Job Description is as follows:
Job Title**:‘Trainer’**
- Creating and managing the content of the curriculum
- Creating syllabus planners for each month for all levels
- Designing the weekly planners for all levels
- Suggesting teaching & learning material lists for the weekly planners
- Extracting suggested video links from various sources
- Drafting the curriculum workbooks of all levels
- Guiding the designers for workbook creation
- Reviewing, giving feedback and doing proof-read for Curriculum worksheets
- Designing, revision and assessment of worksheets for all levels
- Creating parent's handouts for all levels
- Visiting various schools/centres for imparting teacher training for our products
- Preparing the training reports
- Going for Classroom observations
- Preparing classroom observation reports
- Developing and revising the sales documents for the sales team
- Monitoring and ensuring the periodic delivery of the desired content to schools/Centers
- Coordinating with the pre-primary coordinators/center managers
- Getting collaterals designed by the designing team
- Sending collaterals to schools/centers
- Researching the latest pre-primary trends for schools/centers
- Collating feedback from schools/centers for the desired updating in the curriculum
**Other Skills**:
- Command over verbal and written skills. Great hold over the English language
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience required in teaching or training.
- **Comfortable with Pan India Travelling**
- **CTC Offered: 4.2-4.8 lacs**
