**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert leads by promoting Edu home Connect' s education consulting services
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Guide students through admission procedures and documentation
- Maintain relationships with clients for long-term engagement and referrals
- Achieve individual targets while contributing to the company’s overall growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

**Eligibility Criteria**

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Experience : Both freshers and experience (min 1year)

Gender : Both

Other Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients
- Prior experience in educational consultancy or counseling is preferred

Language Requirements : Fluency in
- Tamil + Malayalam + English, or
- Tamil + English + Telugu, or
- Malayalam + English

**Work Details**

Complimentary food and accommodation provided as part of the employment package.

**Salary : ₹18000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives**

**(10000 fixed If accommodation and food provided 8000 charges applied ,**

**without accommodation and food 18000 provided)**

Work Time: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
