Payments to be made as per approved document received at desk by authorised person.

To verify bank details before making any payments online.

Routine day to day handling of bank and cash activities
Entries to be made in TALLY ERP.9 of bank and cash on daily basis.

Reconciliation of bank accounts on daily basis of ACT Group concerns.

Printing vouchers from Tally and producing the same with proper supporting for verification by HOD and thereafter onward submission of the same to Chairman after reconciling bank balances with Tally entries.

Correspondence with bank for any banking related issues as well as for any kind of official requirement as and when required.

Filing of vouchers after checking procedure is finished.

Basic knowledge of GST and TDS required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
