**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Basic Knowledge**: Exhibit a foundational understanding of electrical concepts and principles.
- **Passion for Electrical Work**: Demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for electrical work.
- **Field Work**: Engage in fieldwork, including site visits and installations.
- **Site Assistance**: Provide valuable support to Field Application Engineers (FAE) during site operations.
- **Learning Orientation**: Display eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in Home Automation systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines during on-site activities.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities and installations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Assist in identifying and resolving electrical issues to optimize system performance.
- **Professional Development**: Actively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI certification in Electrical Trade or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in electrical work or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Bengaluru and occasionally outside the city.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

**Experience**: Freshers with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
