Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling customers and providing them support for computer and printers and to sell support plans for future references.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling as well as converting potential prospects into sales on inbound calls.

Client retention and upselling of other products & services

Ensuring sales growth, building sales targets, and meeting revenue targets.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Skills Required:
Flawless communication skills.

Confident and possess knowledge of sales best practices.

Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Passionate about sales.
