We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our SaaS startup team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that our visual assets effectively communicate our value proposition and enhance user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and consistent designs for digital and print marketing campaigns, such as ads, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Translate complex concepts and features into visually appealing and easy-to-understand illustrations, diagrams, and icons.
- Work closely with the product team to create intuitive user interface designs that enhance the usability and visual aesthetics of our SaaS platform.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into visually compelling design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that all changes align with the overall design vision and user needs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and maintain design standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the SaaS industry or a technology-focused environment.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Sketch or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including examples of web design, marketing materials, and user interface designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
