Role Overview As our Graphic Designer with Video Editing and Social Media Content Expertise, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and videos tailored for diverse digital channels. This includes creating engaging content for social media posts, reels, stories, YouTube, website graphics, and festival-specific campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with our marketing and content teams to ensure that every visual piece aligns with our brand’s identity and messaging. Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design and Content Creation: - Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and other digital or print media. - Create festival-themed graphics and promotional visuals aligned with seasonal campaigns. - Utilize Canva tools for quick and effective creation of images and graphics when needed. - Ensure consistent branding across all visual content. - Video Production & Editing: - Produce, edit, and refine engaging video content for social media platforms, including reels, stories, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns. - Integrate motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound elements to enhance video storytelling. - Adapt video content to meet the unique requirements of various digital channels. - Social Media Content Strategy: - Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to conceptualize and design creative campaigns. - Develop content tailored for various social platforms, ensuring relevance to the audience and platform best practices. - Stay updated with social media trends to ensure fresh and engaging content. - Project Collaboration & Management: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. - Software Proficiency: - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating high - quality graphics. - Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. - Proficiency in Canva for quick, efficient image creation and modifications. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). - Demonstrable experience in creating engaging videos and graphics for social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, YouTube, etc.) and websites. - Hands-on experience with Canva for rapid content creation. - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
