**Job Title**: Electrical Engineer/Supervisor
**Experience**: 3-4 Years
**Qualification**: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
**Salary Range**: ₹28,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical systems and equipment.
- Handle installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and project execution.
- Manage vendors and contractors for electrical works.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation of electrical activities.
- Support energy-saving and cost-effective initiatives.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installations
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards
- Proficient in using electrical design and analysis tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or plant setup
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute
- Experience in handling power distribution, control panels, and wiring
- Exposure to preventive and predictive maintenance is a plus

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
