- **Train Students on - **Splicing Machine
- Installation & commissioning of optical fiber cable
- Laying ,Jointing ,Blowing & Testing effectiveness of cable joint.
- Other Specifications: To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective.
- Review training content & timely upgrade
- Motivated the students for placement
- Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP
- Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested Monitor class attendance
- Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
- Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles
- Carryout the internal assessments
- Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skill, Behavioral skills
- Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
