Operational Pharmacist

Carry out all operational responsibilities relating to the pharmacies in the hospital, monitor the availability and sales of drugs thereby ensuring timely drug supply to the hospital. Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders from Logistics, Depot Management (FC), Central Store Management, Hospital and In-patient supplies and OPD Counter sales to ensure smooth functioning of pharmacies.
- Identify and fix gaps across touch points and enhance customer experience
- Implement efficiency levers to optimise revenue & cost
- Daily inventory management for all pharmacies in the hospital
- Set up processes, trackers to manage inventory and records to evaluate the performance of the pharmacies
- Participate in meetings with administrative staff, medical staff and department heads to maintain smooth coordination and communication
- Help in preparing periodic plans to the senior leadership including other leaders as required

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Basic computer: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist (preferred)
