To be the first point of contact for metabolic clinic - Right from admission till discharge.

**- To be pro-active in ensuring that all the needs of the patient in metabolic clinic to be taken care of.**
- Staff should be properly groomed and should answer all hospital specific queries politely and patiently with a smile and looking directly at the patients.
- Handling telephonic enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments for consultations, investigations, and procedures.

**- When required, interact with senior administration and then render a solution.**

**- Feedback entry daily and compiling the data for evaluation.**

**- Co-ordinating with the transport, pick up and drop of the patient.**

**- Receiving guest i.e. visiting dignitary / visiting team with traditional or formal reception with bouquet.**

**- Organize hospital tour to overseas client and VIP visitors.**

**- Organizing for the souvenirs, escort of a VIP / Overseas patient.**

**- Daily ward rounds for IPD patient**

**- To ensure that the patient is familiar with all the facilities & services in the hospital.**
- To proactively take a judgmental call to help/assist the patients (who seems to require so) visiting the hospital.
- To move around the areas designated mainly OPD (Ground & first floor), Atrium & approach the patients requiring help.
- To help doing the billing, getting appointments by liaising with the FO staff in case of an elderly patient coming alone, as per the turn of the patient.
- To escort patient to the respective department in the hospital if required/ requested for.

Qualification
- Graduation/MBA/ PG with Excellent Communication Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
